What is QiYoga?

 
QiYoga is a combination of an ancient Chinese body energy healing technique called chi-gung or Qi, and the breathing and meditation of Yoga that is supposed to empower you with the ability to heal yourself, and therefore re-energize and rejuvenate your body. It was designed through the collaboration of doctors and physiotherapists to suit people’s needs in today’s modern world. 

How is QiYoga performed?

 
A QiYoga class runs for 60 minute and is both flexible and challenging for you, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yoga follower. Although similar to regular yoga, the pace is slower but not necessarily easier since some positions are quite challenging to hold; and if postures are similar, the emphasis is different.
