What is Chromotherapy?
Chromotherapy (therapy of coloured light), is a concept that refers to the effects that different coloured light have on your skin tissues. It is believed that the colours of the rainbow treat different skin problems when absorbed by the skin. Depending on the wavelength and the frequency of each colour of light, which are measured by a nanometer (nm), a specific coloured light will treat wrinkles, pigmentation, loose or inflamed muscles, blood circulation, swelling, water retention, spider veins, stretch marks and even cellulite.



Red: between 780nm and 622 nm.

Orange: between 622nm and 597nm.

Yellow: between 597nm and 577nm.

Green: between 577nm and 492nm.

Blue: between 492nm and 455nm.

Violet: between 455nm and 390nm.
